With nearly a decade as a certified Pilates instructor, I’ve trained clients from age 12 to 91—from athletes to beginners, rehab clients to weekend warriors. I’ve worked in top tier spaces across Southern California, New York City, the Hamptons and Palm Beach, Florida, including training celebrity clients who trust me to keep them strong, balanced, and injury-free.
